Maybe there just isn't any hope for countries like this. I would think a U.N. boycott might help. I would think world opinion might result in a favorable change. But at the end of the day, the citizens of the country must decide. If revolution is necessary, so be it. Bottom line---from my point of view this is not a United States problem. If the U.N. and the inhabitants of the country don't take the initiative then certainly America should stay away. Jim
