The reason the Republicans are going to take a whipping in November is because they don't stand for anything conservatives like me can support. Such a stance drives me to a presidential candidate like Bob Barr and a "none of the above" vote for the GOP candidate in my congressional district. I abhor the socialist philosophy of the Democrats---but at least they have the courage to stand for something. Jim PS: If, as a party, including the idiot McCain, Republicans would come out for domestic oil drilling and the building of oil refineries and a commitment to building more nuclear power plants, I along with millions of other disgruntled conservatives would loudly applaud and stand shoulder to shoulder with a party committed to real change.
