Economist Samuelson is right that the current "climate control" legislation pending before Congress is an invasive tax. It is liberal legislation at its worst--it's redistribution of wealth legislation. Unfortunately, all of the Presidential candidates support it---Obama, Clinton, McCain. We have three liberals running for President. Nowhere is a conservative to be found. This is why I'm gonna stay home on election day. Jim
