The Washington Times NEWT GINGRICH: Imposing fiscal discipline

Newt Gingrich is right that the Congress needs to impose fiscal discipline. The problem is there aren't enough conservatives in Congress to get the job done. I wish Newt was the Republican candidate for President. The GOP didn't select a conservative to run for President--it didn't even pick a good pretender. Jim
