INDYMAC BANK SEIZED BY FEDERAL REGULATORS. Maybe an isolated incident. Maybe the tip of an iceberg. In any event it shows the total incompetence of government--both the Administration and Congress. America has become a world joke because of the incompetence of our Federal Government. If this was the fifteenth century they would all be in the gallows. Now that's an interesting idea. Jim
