ANTHRAX AND THE FBI. This case has puzzled me from the beginning. I agree with Tom Daschle that all the facts aren't known. The FBI needs to make its case public. There are three possibilities. 1. The FBI got it right this time, 2. The FBI got it wrong, 3. The FBI, like most government agencies, is simply too incompetent to discern the difference. Jim
