This is an issue where both of the major Presidential candidates are wrong. Americans are for legal immigration--after all, each of us is a descendent from an immigrant family. Illegal immigration has destroyed the ability of states to support its schools, social services and health services. Hey Gang, America is broke. We're like the spendthrift relative---can't say no to a new war or two, can't say no to a few million illegals. We do know how to say no to improving our bad schools and our obselete infrastructure. I'd say our political types are back assward. Jim
