I support faith based organizations working in this area. They care more than most bureaucrats. Maybe we can obtain the best of both worlds by combining faith based organizations with those public sector employees who truly care. This whole situation sickens me. Jim

I have no problem with faith based programs so long as the funding is also faith based.
