I'm sitting here in front of my computer laughing at the stupidity. I should be crying. What in the hell is going on in America? Whatever happened to common sense? Here's some common sense---turn the agency over to the Salvation Army---they actually care and they will do a twice better job at a tenth of the expense. jim
