Yes. Charlie Rangel should step asside. He has been a scoundrel for 40 years. It's the Rangels of Congress that cost it credibility with American citizens. Beleive me, crooked congressmen are not limited to Rangel and the Democrats. At times one wonders if the whole body isn't a sewer. Jim
