What a terrible idea. I simply don't trust elites. George W. Bush is an elite and he's an idiot. Al Gore is an elite and he's an idiot. The concept described in this article could better be titled "surround the wagons and protect the generational rich". Sorry---that ain't the America I want to live in. Jim
