DON'T BAIL OUT THE STATES - New York Post
I agree with this column, THE FEDS SHOULD NOT BAIL OUT STATE GOVERNMENTS. State governments spend like drunken sailors on shore right after a six month cruise. We do have the 10the Amendment. States must take care of themselves. Again, back to my belief that government simply doesn't work at any level. Jim
