This is just another outrage and another example of gross incompetence within the Bush administration. One might conclude that the entire Bush administration consists of a gaggle of idiots. This would be certainly logical given the idiocy of the current President. Let's face it---government at all levels is broke---and maybe to the point it can't be fixed. There are those amongst us who have the brains and leadership. Unfortunately, they are not in the Bush administration. Jim
