Maybe they lent it to themselves, or friends, or took care of worthless relatives. Maybe there is a several billion dollar lending pool to encourage illegal aliens to be smuggled into the U.S. Maybe it's been lent to the Mexican drug cartels. Maybe it wasn't lent at all and it's in Hank Goldman Sachs off shore bank account. This is an outrage--this is government gone ballistic. This is another example that government, at any level, is incompetent and simply doesn't work. Jim
