The is the first column I've read by Claudia Rosett. I will be looking for more. She is dead on about a new conservative uprising. The question is who will become the leader of such an uprising. We know it will not come from the Bush wing of the GOP. That wing is not conservative. It may come from Sarah Palin. I don't think the Bushies attempt to destroy her will work. It may come from Bobby Jindal, that inspiring young Governor in LA, or from Tom Pawlenty, the Governor from MN who hasn't forgotten his roots. Or from someone else yet to emerge. My point---we need a conservative leader to rally around--I could rally around Newt Gingrich if he ever chose to lead. In any event, America is waiting for that new conservative leader. Jim
