My Way News - Calif. Supreme Court to take up gay marriage ban

The people of CA. have spoken. They passed a constitutional amendment in the form of an initiated measure to outlaw gay marriage. Forget the subject matter for a moment. If the CA Supreme Court overturns the will of the people, then one can conclude that CA has become a rogue state. CA will have cast out the concept of rule of law and will have reverted to mob rule.
