Rhee Tackles Classroom Challenge - TIME

This is a long article but worth every minute reading it. Michelle Rhee has courage and commitment. I wish every urban public school system had a superintendent like her. She is an example of being committed to excellence. Unfortunately, too many urban public school systems are committed to failure. That's true of the Clark County school system here in Las Vegas. The system here is like a lost child who can't find the way home. Here we have too many educrats and not enough standards. I wish we could levitate Michelle Rhee to Las Vegas. Many of you may feel the same about your districts. Jim
