The School That Chocolate Built - washingtonpost.com

The Hershey school has long been known for its excellence. We need a privately funded, privately managed Hershey like school in every major city. The Hershey school proves that inner city disadvantaged children can be saved from their environment and educated. But this must be a job for the private sector. Even great public educators like Michelle Rhee, superintendent of the Washington, D.C. schools are hamstrung by political correctness, union politics and the all present government rules and regulations which simply don't work.
