Swing Voters Don't Want Big Government - WSJ.com

This article makes the point I've been making for two years. A successful GOP candidate had to run as hard against Bush as against the Democrat nominee. I know that's hard, and McCain didn't effectively do it. Yes---Americans wanted change---they wanted the bums thrown out. Now Bush and his ilk will soon be gone. We'll have Obama. But now is the time for conservatives to rally and reinvigorate conservatism as was done to start the Reagan revolution. Jim
