Yes---college is too expensive. Part of the increased expense is the colleges fault. Colleges today are burdened by overpaid and unnecessary administrative costs and staff and have spent too much money on non-educational aspects such as five star dormatories and other costly frills. This article outlines the risk America takes by not making college more affordable. I also believe that college will morph into newer forms such as on-line colleges and trade schools for technical education. The University of Phoenix is a stripped down example. In any event, the challenge exists---I hope America is creative in meeting the challenge. Jim
