Give nation's veterans what they have earned - LA Daily News

The Bush administration has a miserable record on taking care of veterans. For all the Bush hoopla about veterans they can't even fix up the sad condition of military hospitals. I agree with this article. When it comes to money spent by the government, veterans should be at the front of the line. As far as I can tell, this administration places its emphasis on failed bank executives. I hope the Obama administration recognizes the vital services performed by veterans. Bush blabbered but didn't perform. Our veterans deserve a lot better. Jim
