Russia is in a quagmire---bobbing and weaving and trying to get out from under its economic melt down. I sure wish Ronald Reagan had just been elected President. He has been our only President who knew how to handle Russia. I hope Barak Obama takes lessons from the Gipper's wisdom. Jim
