Declarations: Look at the Time - WSJ.com

This wise column by Peggy Noonan points out the political problems with the current stimulus package. I hope the current crap passed by the House will morph into a package that actually addresses the economic problems America faces. My confidence in such happening ranks a minus 3 on a scale from 1 to 10. In my view our Congress is corrupt and incompetent. It simply can't bring itself to do the right thing for America. Jim
