I don't know if there is a way to reverse the plight of California. It was a Garden of Eden when I first moved there in the 1970's. I escaped in 1999 by crawling under the barbed wire and avoiding the guard dogs. I loved the "old" California. It was vibrant, the center of industry and culture. Now it is emerging as a third world country. Jim
