If you read nothing else, read the last paragraph of this article. Peggy Noonan says "we cannot afford another failed Presidency". She is right. At last conservatives are coming around to the point that the Bush administration was a failed Presidency. The GOP needs to keep this in mind as it formulates policy and picks candidates. Jim
