States Recruit Worried Californians - WSJ.com

The substance of this article shouldn't surprise anyone. California hasn't had a competent Governor since George Deukmejian and he left office in 1990. Right now the state is in free fall. I don't know what will happen---but I do know it has to revert to having adults in charge. When I first moved to California in the mid '70s I thought I had found heaven. When I left in 1999 I knew I was escaping hell. Jim
