First, full disclosure. Mark Krikorian is a friend of mine. I consider him to be the leading authority on America's relationship with Mexico. Mark is not a screamer as so many on the far left and far right are. He's a thoughtful, educated man with a sense of history and a sense of humor. What he recommends comes from the wisest man studying the issue. He offers a road map for reform in Mexico and safety in the United States. George W.
