This column by Peggy Noonan is wise observation of the Obama administration so far. I think she's right on target. It amazes me that Obama could run a near perfect campaign and be so bumbling as President. He seems as stumbling as Bush but in a more elegant way. I wonder if he really knows what he's doing. Jim
