Let's not destroy the concept of the secret ballot. Kids are graduating from high school who can't read. Neither can the teacher but the teacher can't be fired because the union contract forbids it. Unions worship at the alter of seniority rather than competence. Don't get me wrong, I'm not anit-union. But I'm certainly against unions who oppose competence. Jim
