Fact of the matter---neither Obama nor Arne Duncan (Secretary of Education) have the balls to force the issue. They care a hell of a lot more for union votes than they care for the education of America's youth. The attitudes of third world countries are overwhelming any common sense. America needs a second revolution and we should start with education. Jim
