Peggy Noonan discusses government speak---that language of incomprehension which fools even the smartest of people. This article is wonderful and should be read by anyone trying to understand government. The last paragraph stands out. Ms Noonan suggests that the Republicans can become the plain spoken party. Sure--with examples like the Bush family and John McCain that goal is impossible. The GOP should go back to listening to some Reagan speeches---then they'll get it. Jim
