“Conservatives” Are Single-Largest Ideological Group

If there are twice as many conservatives than liberals in America why are there twice as many liberals than conservatives in Congress. Might it be because the Republican pary is both leaderless and non-existant in nearly all states and seems incapable to take forthright stands on the important issues of the day. Jim
