This article by Michael Barone is the best I can find on the web today. It reviews the history of American economic cycles. It points out that we may be returning to a government control cycle. It explains why our economic cycle is cyclical. By inference it points out that our cycles change because we lack the personal experience of the past cycle. To me it points out just how disasterous the Bush administration has been. Jim
