This is an interesting article about national intelligence. Who should one believe? We know from the past seven plus years that the Bush administration is at best careless with the truth. Frankly, I don't think the President or his administration is capable of being candid. I don't know anything about Donald M. Kerr. Perhaps he's a straight shooter.
