This is how it is in most urban public schools. We have become a society which is a slave to political correctness. Why aren't these kids expelled--or at least sent to a room that is simply a holding room. Let's just accept there is no hope or help for the real bad actors. When I went to school the lawless incidents contained in the article would have resulted immediate expulsion and the parents would have been in the superintendents office asap. Today me coddle the little darlings and are afraid to offend the parents. What a sorry state of affairs. Jim
