America needs to reform Medicare and Medicaid. It will take courage. Government medicine, like government itself just doesn't work. Maybe reform is too soft a word. Maybe we need to reinvent a cost effective and compassionate system that is common sense based rather than government based. Can it be done??? Yes. America can lead the way if the government will get out of the way. Jim
