Here they go again!!! Now the educrats are telling us that kids can learn better in new buildings. Duh!!! Maybe. The problem is that new buildings don't create better teachers, more classroom discipline and challenging course work. New buildings don't create character and a commitment to self, family and country. First things first. New buildings doesn't make the top 40 when it comes to public education needs. Jim
