I think Leon Panetta will be a good CIA Director. He doesn't bring the baggage of someone with "institutional memory". Leon Panetta has a bright, inquisitive mind, common sense, and loyalty to the President. Noone questions his management skills. I think an "outsider" is an excellent selection to clean up the shit in the bureaucratic sewer of the CIA. Jim
