Understanding Black Political Apathy - Abigail Thernstrom - The Corner on National Review Online

Abigail Thernstrom is an icon of sense when it comes to discrimination--in education, in government. This tenured Harvard Professor is one of the most respected in her field. In this column she points out an outrage. Apparently the Obama Justice Department considers blacks inferior, or stupid, or lazy or indolent. I guess it will take conservatives to correct this misconception. Or maybe it's simpler than that. Maybe the Holder Justice Department is merely trying to rig elections. Jim
