Townhall.com::GOP to Conservatives: Drop Dead::By Douglas MacKinnon

The establishment Republican party has never liked conservatives. We have always been in their way. We joke about their social climbing and old school tie connections. We don't think the Ivy League sits next to heaven. We may be first generation college graduates---from some unknown school like Eureka college. We actually believe something--something beyond political correctness and Washington cocktail parties. The Republican establishment hated Goldwater, Reagan, Gingrich and they sure as hell hate us who believe McCain isn't a conservative and isn't deserving of being crowned King. I watched to the Obama/Clinton debate from Austin, TX last night. Obama is a center/left attractive candidate who is smoother than cat shit. If you can imagine McCain beating that guy in a debate you should reinvent Flash Gordon. Only a conservative candidate who will take Obama to the mat has a chance. Guess we'll wait around till 2112.
